M. Prabha
M. Prabha is the acclaimed author of The Waffle Of The Toffs, generally accepted as an authentic critique on Indian Writing in English.
She was educated at the University of Rajasthan, Central Institute of English & Foreign Languages (CIEFL) and Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), where she also taught Australian Poetry.
A visiting scholar at the University of Chicago.
M. Prabha has been a freelance journalist, and an Editorial Associate of Indian Book Chronicle (IBC). Her erudite book-reviews were a marked feature of Sahara Time for over a decade.
A broadcaster of long-standing, she regularly delivered Literary Talks on All India Radio, Delhi.
In the photograph above, she is seen with the students of the Nai Disha School in NOIDA Sector 29. Prabha has been a volunteer teacher there for over three decades.
